Frank Lin began dancing at the tender age of 22. Fresh out of college and having only had experience dancing in the privacy of his living room and shower, Frank decided to try something out of the ordinary and take a beginner hip hop class at a local community college. Dance has been therapeutic in managing Frank’s quarter life crisis. He’s had the opportunity to train with various groups from his home in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also danced as a hobby during his graduate studies, choreographing for student dance groups.
As a fresh LA transplant, Frank saw Evoke auditions as a terrifying, but rewarding opportunity to get in touch with the dance community. He is thankful that Evoke provides an enjoyable means of combating his otherwise sedentary office lifestyle.
