Jeniffer Hsu’s dancing career started 21 years ago. She started dancing ballet at the age of 5 and continued dancing on various teams throughout middle school and high school. She was the President of Arcadia High’s Orchesis Dance Company during her senior year. During middle school and high school, Jeniffer was also a dance instructor at both Dance n' Dreams Studio and Li's Dance Studio. After high school, Jeniffer attended USC where she majored in Business with an emphasis in Marketing/Organizational Management, and minored in Dance. Besides pursuing her degrees, she joined the Chamber Ballet Company, USC Repertory Dance Company, Break Through Hip Hop and Xpressions Dance Company. During her 4 years, she served as a dancer, choreographer, and Co-Director for the USC Repertory Dance Company as well as a Co-Director for Break Through Hip Hop and Xpressions Dance Company. Jeniffer was a part of the IV League, a competitive hip-hop team during her first year after college. In 2011, Jeniffer and two other founders finally established a philanthropic dance company, Evoke Dance Company. Currently, she works at Pacific Best Inc as a buyer and Project Manager. Jeniffer dances because nothing else gives her more purpose, offers more freedom and makes her feel more alive.
